Our client is seeking a Market President for their site in Lincoln, Nebraska. This individual will be in charge of a lending services branch. This is a growing branch of which they will be the Market President and Commercial Loan Officer. They will inherit a 20 million dollar portfolio that is all CRE and C & I loans. Typical loans will be in the $1 to $8 million range but can do larger and smaller loans. This individual will be the face to the community. They will need to be involved in the community to help build business. Seeking a strong business developer.
