Our client is looking for someone with ten plus years of commercial credit and lending experience with 5 of those years in management. This person will have 12 direct reports consisting of credit analysts, credit administration, loan operations and collections. Additional duties include: sitting on loan committee and approve loans when they can’t meet in a timely manner; responsible for the internal risk grading systems, contact person with regulators on credit risk matters, assists Senior Lending Officer and other Loan Department heads in developing recommendations for loan policy and procedures.
