They can be a Jr. Commercial Loan Officer up to a SVP / Commercial Loan Officer. This individual can all come from the following areas if they are looking to get into Commercial Lending: Credit Analyst, Private Banker, Mortgage Loan Officer, Small Business Banker / Personal Banker. Credits targeted include CRE loans, operating lines of credit, commercial equipment loans / leases and SBA loans.
