Our client is a bank holding company that is over a billion dollars in assets and are seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This individual will need to understand FIDUCIA requirements. They will supervise both a Controller and an Accounting Officer. The ideal person will be someone that has worked in banks that are $1 billion and over. They will need to be someone that works well in a growth oriented bank. They will chair the ALCO committee and will do all of the Bank Investments. They will work with each department head to structure the budgets, do forecasting and the Board Reporting.
