Our client is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer for their office in the Omaha, Nebraska market. This individual could be a Credit Analyst that is ready to be groomed into a new business development role or a Commercial Loan Officer currently in that role. This is a community bank that is growing. The current President has a large portfolio that he would like to cut in half and move to a seasoned lender or have someone take it on as a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will work beside him and go out on calls etc. to start taking on some lending tasks and then move into a loan officer position. The typical credits for this bank are $500,000 to $2 million but they do a number of deals each year up to $5 million. This is a relationship building bank.
