We are working with a community bank located in West Central Minnesota that needs an experienced Senior Minnesota Banker with 15+ years minimum large credit experience with $20 – $40 million deals ranging from ag, commercial, petroleum, hotel, or bank stock lending experience who could step in and immediately take over an existing portfolio of loans from the bank’s Chief Credit Officer. This person would be traveling the state of Minnesota calling on at least 30 banks to develop visibility and business. This person would be the only correspondent banker in the company reporting directly to the President. This is a very fast growing, highly capitalized, profitable, and clean bank! Some other strengths of this bank group are that they offer a work environment that provides lots of autonomy, and no micromanagement.
