CMMN66644 – SBA New Business Development Officer – Southern MN, WI, or IA
Our client is a regional multi-billion dollar plus bank holding company that is seeking a New Business Development Officer in the southern MN, Southwest WI, and Northeastern IA areas to prospect SBA loans. This individual will be able to do 7A, 504, and will have the ability to refer some conventional commercial loans if available. The typical mix of deals for this company is to do 75% 7A and 25% 504 deals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five plus years of SBA lending experience and a proven track record of doing at least $12-$20 million per year in new loan business generated in at least two out of the last three years. Although each BDO will have full credit analysis support, an understanding of credit is required, but the company does have a proven credit window that allows them to get many deals closed with little to no collateral since they are a cash flow lender. This individual will be working remotely out of their home or possibly hybrid if you prefer. This stable, proven SBA team have been working together successfully for almost two decades.
