Our client is a community bank that is seeking a Loan Operations Manager. This is a growing bank that is nearing $300 million in assets. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years experience in Loan Operations. This individual will be responsible for boarding, servicing, accounting and reporting functions for the bank’s loan portfolio. The bank has a diversified portfolio of consumer, commercial, agricultural, mortgage and lease accounts. They will need to have the ability to lead the staff as well as train when needed. This person will be responsible to audit the department to ensure they meet their goals, review for accuracy and efficiency. They will supervise the processing of loans in non-accrual, charge-offs or OREO status. Strong communication and time management skills are needed.
