Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 10 plus years of experience to take over a $20+ million Ag portfolio and manage a staff of four. However, our client is also open to reviewing resumes of someone with less experience to take over a smaller portfolio. We are seeking candidates who enjoy being involved in the community and capable of deepening and retaining existing banking relationships.
