Our client is a growing 1 Billion dollar bank holding company. They are seeking a Senior Loan Officer or Market Manager for the Sioux City metro. This individual could office out of either Iowa or Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of Commercial Lending experience. They need to be a strong new business developer. They will do Commercial Real Estate and C & I loans. There are two other loan officers that will report to them. One does some commercial but heavier recently on the Residential side and one handles the portfolio but is not a strong calling officer. Traditionally credits range from $250,000 to largest of $4 million but they can do larger loans. They would love to find someone local or someone with ties to the market.
