Our client is a community bank group located in Southern Indiana and they are actively looking to hire a new Chief Financial Officer. The bank is a very solid performing community bank group and is expanding in Southern Indiana. In this role you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the bank. This includes all the fiscal reporting, budgeting and financial analysis functions. You will also handle all , capital, dividend and liquidity analysis and planning, interest rate sensitivity and leadership of ALCO. As the bank?s Investment Officer, this position assumes responsibility and management of the bank?s investment security portfolio. You will directly manage 2 and report right to the President of the bank. This role interacts with the Directors? Financial Planning Committee, Investment Committee and Audit Committee relative to Accounting responsibilities and activities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 to 10 years related experience required. An advanced degree in accounting and / or CPA certification preferred.
