This position is open for succession planning purposes with a direct career path to the be the Chief Lending Officer in 5 years. We are seeking candidates with 7+ years of Commercial Lending experience who plan to be in the work force for another 15+ years to be part of the succession plan. A clean $50 million portfolio will be inherited consisting of C&I and CRE accounts with a continued focus of growth and retention.
