ACOR66461 – Chief Administration Officer – Salem, ORnOur client is a well-run, profitable community bank in Salem, Oregon looking for an Executive Vice President / Chief Operations Officer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource Division, the IT department and the Compliance division. Additional responsibilities include: Overseeing and monitoring the banks administration departments. Perform Corporate Secretary duties to include: corporate governance, attending board meetings, coordinating preparation of agendas and minutes, preparation of notices and filings, and all other Board related matters. Manage regulatory interactions and processes, participate in compliance reviews, prepare for and assist with regulatory examinations. You will have 3 direct reports and 8 indirect reports. This is a key position within the organization and you will be a key member of the bank’s leadership team.
