This opportunity is with a growing privately held $200 million bank that is part of a larger bank holding company. We are seeing an Ag Lender who will take over a $10+ million loan portfolio consisting of row crops and a few cattle loans. To start, the main focus will be spent getting to know the existing customers and bank operations, from there they would like to see about 5% to 10% growth per year. Our client is open to a one year credit analyst who understands Ag or a lender with 20+ years of experience.
