AGNE66368 – Agricultural Loan Officer – Northwest of Norfolk, NEnOur client is a billion dollar bank holding company that is seeking to add a lender. This Agricultural Loan Officer will work out of a location about 20 miles north of Norfolk, NE. They will work in a department that has $80 million in loans that are primarily ag but some small commercial. They will report to the Market President that does carry a piece of the portfolio. This person will also will work with a fulltime Ag Loan Officer and then someone that spends half their time in that function. They will inherit a part of the portfolio. It mainly consists of corn, soybean and cow / calf. The position can come in as a Vice President title but can progress to a SRVP title. The ideal person will be able to take a portfolio and have the ability to continue to grow the portfolio.
