We are currently conducting a search for a Commercial Loan Officer for a small community bank located in Tippecanoe County. This bank currently boasts a 1.9 ROA and 15% ROE and is continuing to grow and expand. This is a newly created position as they are wanting to develop a stronger commercial presence in Tippecanoe County. The ideal candidate should have 5 plus years commercial lending experience in the local market. The successful candidate will take over a very small existing portfolio and concentrate on new business development. The focus is calling on companies with annual sales in the $2 – $20 million range and average credit size of $500,000 – $2 million.
