Our client is a regional $1B plus bank that is seeking a New Business Development Officer in Phoenix, Arizona or anywhere in the Southwest United States to prospect SBA loans. This individual will be able to do 7a, 504, and USDA loans. Typical size of credits are $500,000 to $2.5 million but the bank can do larger deals. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of SBA lending experience and a proven track record of $10 million in new business a year would be the goal. Although they will have credit analysis support, an understanding of credit is required. This individual will be working remotely out of their home or possibly hybrid.
