Our client is a regional community banking group that is looking to hire a Financial Advisor who is preferably now an active advisor with annual GDC in the $100 – $200,000 range or this bank would be willing to buy someone’s book along with the person to come on board. The advisor would join a trust department team of trust officers acting as more of a “minder” of high net worth trust accounts and would be there to help open new accounts. There is also a very dynamic internal bank loan and trust referral program that pays all branch employees well along with several optional guaranteed draw versus commission compensation plans.
