Our client is a $500 million community bank that is seeking a Branch President for their location in the Springfield, Missouri area. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years of lending experience with 2 years of management or team mentorship experience. There is a $20 million loan portfolio to inherit composed of Commercial, Consumer and Ag credits. The majority of the portfolio is Commercial, so Ag experience is preferred, but not required.
