We are actively working with a bank in beautiful Boise, Idaho that has a tremendous opportunity for someone to come in as the Head Of Trust. This bank offers a great culture (work life balance). This person will be based in Boise and will supervise the Trust Officers and Trust Administrators. In addition, this candidate is responsible for administering a portfolio of fiduciary and agency high net worth client relationships for the bank. Responsible for maximizing client engagement by assessing, understanding, and identifying client’s wealth management, banking, and lending needs. Providing a wide array of wealth solutions including trust and estate services to clients within the bank’s market area. The position is responsible for assisting in attaining department and bank goals by collaborating in sales efforts. This position is responsible for the supervision of three trust officers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (BA) at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience and a CTFA is highly preferred (or commitment to become certified) or law degree.
