Our client is a community bank that is seeking to fill their #2 spot in their bank. This individual can come in as the EVP of the bank. They will have a wide variety of duties and carry a portfolio of $10 million plus and that can consist of both Agriculture and Commercial accounts. They will also sit on the Credit Committee and be part of the ALCO committee. They will need to be a strategic planner. This position will be involved in the long term deposit growth and setting rates on the loan products as well as the Board Reporting. There is a possibility of sitting on the Board of Directors. This person will report to the CEO, whom is also the majority owner. This is an exciting opportunity to have a management position that will be involved in all decision making.
