CMNE66022 – Commercial Loan Officer – Lincoln or Omaha, NE
Our client is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for their location in either Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will need to have 3 to 5 years of commercial lending and credit analyst experience. Day to day activity for this person will break down to 75% credit and 25% new business development. They are getting many calls from larger financial institutions to look at participations. A large part of this position will be to analyze the participation from start to finish and build a packet to present to loan committee. They will also spend 25% of their time with walk in business for commercial customers and referrals from others within the organization. The majority of the loans will range from $1 to $7 million and will be commercial real estate, 1 to 4 family properties, equipment loans, and commercial vehicles. This is a great chance for a credit analyst that is ready to add new business development to their resume to ease into that role.
