As Director of Compensation and Benefits you will be responsible for the following: Oversee the delivery, communication, and compliance of retirement benefit programs. Oversee the compensation structure and incentive plans. Review and maintain Corporate Compensation Philosophy and Policy. This position will also ensure incentive and reward programs drive behaviors in line with strategic initiatives and serve as Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee (Pension & 401k Administrative Committee) and Incentive Compensation Steering Committee. They are offering this position as a hybrid possibility with 3 days in office and 2 at home. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, accounting, or related field is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of compensation and benefits leadership experience is preferred.
