Our client is a well-run, profitable community bank looking for a Agricultural / Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. This individual will need to have 3+ years of agricultural and commercial lending experience in a community bank or credit union setting, with an emphasis on agricultural lending. A deep knowledge of credit is a plus. This individual will be tasked with new business development, loan quality and community involvement. Credits targeted include ag operating lines of credit, commercial and agricultural equipment loans / leases and agricultural term loans, CRE loans, commercial operating lines of credit and commercial equipment loans.
