Our client is a fast growing regional $1B+ financial institution near Minneapolis, MN. They are seeking a remote / hybrid New Business Development Officer anywhere between Moorhead to Minneapolis, MN to prospect SBA loans. This individual will be able to do mostly 7A or some 504 loans. Typical size of credits are $500,000 to $2.5 million but the bank can do larger deals. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of SBA lending experience. A proven track record of $10 million in new business a year would be the goal with an established referral network. Although this will have credit analysis support, this person must have an understanding of credit. This individual will be working remotely out of their home or hybrid to the nearest of many branch locations in the state. This is a great opportunity with a very aggressive commission plan.
