A Montana community bank is looking for a Compliance Officer to be over all of Compliance and CRA. There are competent direct reports but this person needs to be the subject matter expert to interpret, create, and implement Compliance policy. There is a BSA Officer that will report to this person. This individual reports to the Board and Audit Committee and is responsible for making sure all staff is trained in compliance matters for their individual roles.
