Our client is part of a regional bank holding company with an office in Phoenix, Arizona that also has offices all over the Midwest. They are looking for an SBA Business Development Officer with 3 to 5 + years’ experience and strength in new business development to focus on loans mainly in the $1 – $5 million range. This person needs to already have a thorough knowledge of the SBA market in Tucson. This is the ideal job for someone who is interested in growing with this mid-sized community bank group that is already a leader in the SBA business in multiple states across the country with two full SBA support teams already in place to help handle backroom underwriting and closing functions. This position pays a base salary plus an aggressive tiered incentive package which pays out on a percentage of deals booked.
