They are looking for a seasoned Lender willing to become an industry expert servicing a market that doesn’t typically fit the lending models of traditional banks. Credits could be anywhere from $50,000 to $20 million. This role is supported by a strong marketing and lead development department as well as a supportive underwriting and executive teams. The individual would be responsible for the business relationship from initial contact through funding. An ability to complete the initial credit analysis is required before partnering with the underwriting team to present deals for credit approval. This position offers a strong base salary with an aggressive commission structure that is paid as quickly as deals are funded!
