Due to future retirements, this $250 million community bank is seeking a Commercial / Ag Loan Officer for their location in the Willow Springs, Missouri area. They are a very strong, stable, and well established bank that has been serving Missouri communities for decades. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of lending experience dealing mostly with Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, and some Agricultural credits averaging around $100,000 but going up over $4 million. Ag experience is not required, but would be a plus and the agricultural credits in the portfolio are primarily cow / calf and feeder cattle. There will be a portfolio to inherit depending on experience and you will be required to get highly involved in the community.
