Our client is a community bank under $100 million in assets that is located in the Sedalia, Missouri area. They are actively searching for a Commercial Loan Officer for their staff and are considering candidates with at least 5 years of experience working with Construction, Commercial Real Estate and C&I credits. Someone with Ag knowledge would be a plus. The right candidate will also need the ability to work independently and have strong credit skills as they will do their own spreads and writeups. There is a portfolio over $25 million to inherit with credits averaging $750,000 to $1 million, and going up to $2.5 million. The focus at this time will be retaining the bank’s commercial customers, and handling walk-ins. This is an opportunity to join a bank that is growing and has a great reputation in the area.
