Due to continued growth and expansion, this is a newly created opportunity to join the executive team, at a Director level, with a multi-billion dollar financial institution located in Eastern Iowa. We are seeking individuals with 7+ years of experience at the management / supervisory level with a Master’s degree or SHRM HR Certification being a plus! This person is responsible for developing the strategic direction for the bank’s divisions of Talent Development, Diversity, and Project Management. They will provide strategic leadership by articulating each division’s needs and plans to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors.
