Our client is a well established community bank that is seeking to add a Secondary Market Loan Closer who can also manage the Secondary Market Admin department in their location in the Sedalia, Missouri area. This individual will need to have 5 plus years of Secondary Market Loan Closing experience and some management exposure. They will be doing Conventional, VA, FHA, and Construction Perm. They will work directly with the Secondary Market Underwriter and will be mainly responsible for all secondary market closing activities, as well as managing a team of loan processors and an entry level loan closer.
