Our client is a community bank that is over $1 Billion that is seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer for their site in the Coffeyville, Kansas area. This position is open due to a retirement in 18 months of the current Market President. There is a strong 40 million dollar portfolio at this location that they will inherit a piece to start. The portfolio and area are mainly large ranch area with lots of cattle. The portfolio will be mainly cattle with some row crop. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of ag lending experience. They will need to have strong leadership, community development, credit and retention skills. The holding company has a great brand and dedication in Southeast Kansas.
