Our client is a community bank that is seeking a VP or SRVP level Agricultural Loan Officer. This position is open due to an EVP in the organization retiring at year end. The holding company is over a little over a billion and based out of Kansas. The location has a $50 million dollar portfolio. Credits range from $250,000 to $3 million. The ag credits are wheat, soybean, cotton, cattle and irrigated corn. The portfolio is mainly ag but there are commercial credits in the portfolio and commercial growth in the area. The position will report to the Market President. They are very competitive and community involved across their Kansas footprint.
