Our client is a smaller locally owned community bank that is seeking to add a Compliance Officer to their staff. This individual will need to have 3 plus years of Bank Compliance experience. They will be the one responsible for interpretation and implementation to keep the bank’s policies and procedures in adherence with compliance regulations. A working knowledge of BSA, AML and Fair Credit Acts will be needed. Training new and existing employees on current and new compliance regulations will be their responsibility. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are needed to interact with management and bank staff. This family owned bank has phenomenal benefits and is truly family oriented. There is also the option of working remotely 80% of the time as long as you can drive to the bank to train staff and attend important meetings.
