We have an incredible opportunity for a well-capitalized community bank who is looking to hire a new Director Of Human Resources due to an upcoming retirement. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include: Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program. Creating and revising job descriptions and conducting annual salary surveys. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures and Maintaining affirmative action programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years in a hrr manager role and PHR, SHRM-CP or SPHR is preferred. Our client offer an incredible benefits package and very competitive salary.
