This dynamically growing group is looking for someone to take their Trust Operations to the next level. This person needs to have at least 7+ years in trust operations and 5 years of management skills with strong accounting and system processing skills. Also, a CPA or proven Trust accounting and complex tax filing experience would be must. The Director of Trust Operations provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of day to day management of the full scope of back office operational processes performed to support the various trust, company and custody lines of business. This group is looking for someone that can bring a strong demonstration of interpersonal, leadership, decision making and communications skills within all levels of the organization – ability to articulate, inspire and influence. This is an opportunity to be on part of the foundational strategic development on a local level of a group that has been around for over 30 years.
