Adams, Inc is pleased to announce that Bruce Vandagriff, of Vandagriff Consulting located in Ft Dodge, IA, is joining Adams, Inc. as an alliance partner in our bank buy/sell service. He will provide a full service bank brokerage service.
Bruce Vandagriff has been in banking, real estate, and agriculture for 30 years in the Midwest and has also been involved in startups as well as sales/succession plans of companies. He increased the last business he owned by 150% in sales. Bruce is especially strong in analyzing a bank to maximize the bank's value, which culminates in a successful sale. He is also very good at seeing the big picture in an organization, maximizing sales while maintaining margins. Bruce identifies leaders that lead employees to maximize individual contributions to the bottom line and can identify and eliminate unnecessary overhead.
Bruce will be assisted by Joel Warland who has his MBA and has had over 20 years of banking experience. His experience includes doing due diligence of banks in the Midwest and he will use this expertise to evaluate potential bank listings.
