RTS Financial Service, established in 1995, has become a prominent and growing provider of receivables factoring, purchase order financing, and trade finance services to businesses throughout the U.S. and Latin America. By becoming a partnering bank or loan broker agent with RTS Financial, Adams, Inc. contacts now have an opportunity to earn monthly commissions for themselves or their current financial institution based on commercial contacts and on-going referrals.
RTS will work with your contacts to develop a financial solution for their cash flow needs. If they become an RTS client, you receive a commission for as long as that referral does business with RTS.
While we recommend you contact legal counsel or state banking association for specific guidance, several state banking associations have indicated that referral commissions are generally permitted to be paid to banks to the extent that they are reasonable, disclosed, and fall within bank policy. Note: RESPA specifically prohibits referrals or commissions to be paid on loan types under RESPA regulations.

Normally, these types of payments go directly back to the local (referring) institutions' customer DDA and TDA accounts. Partnering with RTS allows the institution to maintain client relationships without risk of the client exiting the existing relationship with your bank. This also provides your bank the opportunity to take regular fee based income on a non-capital risk basis!
RTS currently funds over $900 million of working capital per year for small to medium sized companies. Deal sizes range from $150,000 per month up to $3 million per month.
