Susan B. Larsen, Adams Financial Recruiting Susan Larsen is a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Team Leader for Adams, Inc., specializing in recruiting and placing candidates in the banking, trust, and credit card industries. Susan concentrates on the areas of Nebraska, Colorado and California.

She graduated in 1983 from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska with a BA in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. She had eight years of banking experience (both community banks as well as multi-billion dollar bank holding companies) prior to joining Adams, Inc. in 1996. She also was awarded the Researcher of the Year in 1996. In January of 1999, she earned her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation.
